In a 1994 survey, this cemetery was described as wooded and neglected. Today, in 2009, the cemetery is surrounded by an iron fence and in the midst of suburbia. A 1988 survey recorded a marker “h. a. martin” which was not located in the 1994 survey. During the first visit in 2009, this marker was not in the cemetery. Upon a return visit, a week later, the “h.a. martin” marker was leaning against a tree. Did the renewed interest in the cemetery motivate someone to return the marker?
